  • Northern Ontario Heritage Fund Corporation - Two programs provide conditional grants geared specifically toward those looking to start a business: the Northern Ontario Entrepreneur Program offers up to $125,000 and the Northern Ontario Young Entrepreneur Program offers up to $25,000 towards eligible project costs on approved projects. The NOHFC’s other programs can also help business owners looking to expand businesses, hire interns and co-op students, or pursue renewable energy solutions.
